Gr. 11/12 Final Assessment Schedule Jan. 29 - Feb. 1

  • Here is a copy of the final assessment/exam schedule for SHDHS from Jan. 29 - Feb. 1 for grade 11 and 12 students. Any student with an IEP who would like extra support from the Learning Services department for their final assessment during this time should contact Ms. Hoogenes before January 25. 
  • There will be no regularly scheduled classes for students in grades 9-12 between Jan. 29 - Feb.1. Students will either be writing final assessments (grades 11/12) according to the linked schedule above or will be requested to attend school to receive extra assistance from their teachers (all grades) in order to understand course material and continue to work towards their credits. Teachers will connect directly with those students and caregivers who they deem would benefit from the extra assistance between Jan. 29 - Feb. 1.
  • Students in all grades will have final assessments throughout the month of January. These dates have been communicated by classroom teachers. 
  • February 2 is a P.A. day for all students in our school board. Semester 2 classes will start on Feb. 5. Timetables will be handed out to students in the near future to remind them of their second semester courses.
